Rule 38
Evaluation Of Seniority
While giving marks to an Armed Police for seniority, a maximum of Twenty Four marks shall be given at the rate of Two marks for work in the present level or class each year. Provided that, while calculating the marks for seniority of less than One year, the same shall be made pro rata.
